The video is from some work we did in spring training 2019, where he was trying to improve his direction. Mitch has a very powerful engine in his lower half and when he isn’t mindful of his movements it’s really easy for him to spin violently. He put the ball on the outside corner to focus on staying square and to concentrate on staying through the middle with his move.
